Yesterday, four of …
Yesterday, four of us made the pilgrimage to Scrivens grave in the countryside, just east of Toronto. We brought our guitar, and at his grave, we sang our hearts out to all 3 verses of “what a friend we have in JESUS”. VERY EMOTIONAL AND SPIRITUAL experience.

Thank you for sharing this awsome story behind this hymn. I miss the old hymns I am 47 and the churches that i have been attending now that i have moved don t play the old hymns I realy feel we r loosing something very dear to us god bless you
